Matthias Osorio Olivera: At that time, I was looking for a job, and I was immediately sold because it is a very easy-to-use tool that brings everything together in a single platform.
JL: How was the recruitment process with Matthias?
MP Koen De Puyt: From the match to the actual offer to Matthias, as far as I know, it took about a month. Overall, it was a very smooth process, both online and during the in-person meetings and discussions.

Matthias Osorio Olivera: What stands out to me about JustLawyers is that the anonymity is, of course, a huge advantage, but perhaps even more important is that you quickly find out whether there is mutual interest.
JL: Would you recommend JustLawyers to other law firms or young professionals?
MP Koen De Puyt: I would definitely recommend the platform to other firms because, for younger profiles, it is absolutely the right tool to make connections and present yourself. For young lawyers, I found it fairly unreasonable to pay high prices elsewhere, so when a platform comes up with a good concept like this, we are happy to engage. It is an extremely easy tool. You can get in contact with everyone, and as I said, it also delivers results.
